Dell XPS 13 9370 in 2020?

I'm looking for an ultrabook, but I have a budget of $1000. I live in Panama so laptops like the X1 Carbon, the Surface or the Grams are very hard to get. I got someone who can sell me a Dell XPS 13 with the i7-8550U, 4k touch display, 16 Gb of RAM and 1 TB SSD for $900.

That laptop have only 3 months of used, Do you think that is the best option for the price? Or is there any better thin and powerful laptop than this?

Thanks for the help.

Seems like a great laptop. Fast SSD and 4-core CPU will last you many years.

I have a laptop with that same CPU and it's still blazing fast.

Especially if you're non-US and laptops are more expensive, this seems like a really good deal.

(when you get the laptop. I'd recommend a fresh-install of windows BTW)

worth it IMO.  I prefer the carbons but if they are hard to get, then this is a great laptop and second on my list after carbons.

Bonus that all hardware in the dell is linux certified if you are into that sort of thing
