If that's CM MWE 80+ (non-Bronze or Gold) and Corsair VS are newer revision with black\white label then VS are better but i wouldn't recommend use it with the PC that has dedicated GPU.

They both are 80+ White certified and my system doesn't have discrete graphics card...

there are 2 versions of the VS, one made for a long time and a refreshed one. the refreshed is okay but the OG is horrible.

Ok.. That makes ZERO sense without context, so do you care to elaborate or share a link?

You're talking about the review at the top of that page?

1.0 out of 5 stars " BEWARE....GOOD BUT HEAVY POWER CONSUMPTION "

Reviewed in India on 6 July 2019

Colour: 80+ WhiteSize: VS SeriesStyle: 450 WattsVerified Purchase

I BOUGHT IT FROM AMAZON. EARLIER MY PC WAS INSTALLED A CHEAP LOCAL PSU INTEX ETC. AFTER IT FAILED AND I INSTALLED IT
ITS WORKING GOOD BUT UNBELIEVABLE POWER CONSUMPTION.

USUALLY I WAS GETTING ELECTRICITY BILL AVERAGE OF RS. 2900 AROUND FOR TWO MONTHS.

BUT AFTER USING THIS I GOT BILL AND IT WAS SHOCKINGLY OF RS. 5782 !!!

I HAVEN'T ADDED NEW ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT IN HOME, USAGE WAS ALSO AS REGULAR OF ALL. WHAT I ADDED WAS THIS MONSTER.

SO IF YOU GOING TO BUY THIS, THINK ONCE AGAIN. IT'S GOOD NO DOUBT BUT IT COST ME HEAVY ON BILLS.

DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS MONSTER.

You can ignore that. It's bullshit. Ignore all of the reviews on Amazon for stuff like power supplies. Check proper professional and technical reviews that actually test them.
Don't take advice on power supplies from someone who bought an INTEX power supply.

You're referencing an end user review, from an end user that has absolutely no idea what they're doing???

THAT is your point of reference and deciding factor???

It's a power supply that has 80 PLUS, Cybenetics ETA-S and CE ErP 2013 Energy Star certifications for efficiency, which means it has power consumption requirements it HAS TO MEET, and some knuckle head thinks the PSU is using more power because his whole power bill is higher and you're going to believe that over everything else?

Come on.

That seems like 2 random links without a real question.

Why not just rephrase you original question to "I have budget of x-y; what is the best unit i can get?" Fill in x for amount and y for currency.

Aside: dont take value for technicalities from reviews on shop sites, these are 99.9% only one of 3 things:

1. Low rating = received defective unit

2. High rating = it works and need to justify the spenditure, so works = its the best in the ("my") world

3. Medium rating = it works but have come up with something to complain obscure and preferably unrelated to sound smart

That doesnt mean these reviews have no value: they do often shed light on how customer care handles those who have real issues like dead on arrival units etc. So it tells more about the shop and its customer base, But for knowledgeable input on items themselves: seek for it in other places.

Added to that, a single random report like that: ignore completely... theres probably DOA (dead on arrival) reports for any product in the world if you look for it, so if refering to those "reviews" when looking for products you then couldnt buy anything since it wil all be dead.
