Connect displays to multiple computers

Kasdashdfjsah

Hi,

got 2 monitors i wanna connect to my laptop and desktop at the same time (only using one of them at a time of course). Running a gtx 1050 ti in my dekstop, and intel hd graphics 4000 in my old laptop, which is connected to a docking station. But when i’ve got both PC’s connected to both monitors, and try using of the PC’s, the monitors won’t display anything. This should’nt be a problem, having cables connected to two PC’s, and being able to use them one at a time, with both displays working. Please help.

If your monitors have multiple inputs you just connect them to both and switch inputs on the monitors.
