Hey need help with automated voice

Hello, i dont really know how to explain it but im a mute (cant speak) and i want to play with my friends professinally. i play overwatch and the ping system is horrible, but i seen a player using automated voice to tell his teammates what happens. i dont know how to do it can someone please help me. 

my mouse is roccat tyon (trash mouse dont buy) and my keyboard is old af cuz my main died.

Ah do you need help using the sound cues that saylike "group up with me!" Or do you want like a text to speech like situation

Huh let me look into that cause the first one is simple to do it's just a simple button hold and select the option you want and you can go into settings and use hotkeys to say certain things. The second one is harder and never tried to do.

iif you can figure out how to program  tts prompts and set it as a input device then it should be perfect
