Siberia v2 Headset has sound but mic dosnt word

I can hear people but nobody hears me.

I have a mute switsch on the headset tried both.

Went on windiows settings seems ok there

USB or 3.5mm? if 3.5mm, is it a single 4-pole jack, or two 3-pole jacks?
