Are you certain?

Are you certain your plug from the speakers is in the right place?

Are you certain the speakers work?

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.

Are you plugging the speakers into the green audio port in the back (I believe it's the middle one)

Open your sound control panel and send us a screen shot while audio is "playing" in the background. (type "mmsys.cpl" into search bar for quick access to these settings)
