Laptop fingerprint sensor doesn't work

I just bought a new laptop with windows 10 pre-installed. Everything was working great until I decided to dual boot Manjaro Linux. But that didn't go well and I ended up wiping my entire drive. After reinstalling windows, although I did install the fingerprint driver, I can't setup Windows Hello.

It keeps saying it can't find a compatible device. Device manager doesn't show any Biometric devices. The fingerprint driver was finicky to install. To install it, you have to pop open Power Shell and run a batch file. It returned 0 at end.

Any suggestions?
