3.5mm TRRS to single ring 2.5mm. For Microphone.

HeyKitty

I got a lav mic, it is a TRRS 3.5mm see:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MSKI46R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And I need to put it into a single ring/mono microphone 2.5mm (NOT 3.5MM) female.

I can't seem to search the right word for it to pop up. Please advise.

THIS IS MY SUPER TEENY TINY SIGNATURE!

Ain't it just the cutest little signature.

Some would argue it is the cutest little signature ever.

You're gonna need a lot of adapters to go from TRRS 3.5mm to single TS 2.5mm...... I'm trying out my google-fu for ya, but it might be better to create your own.

You will need the TRRS > TRS adapter which came with the mic, plus this 3.5mm TRS > 2.5mm TS adapter.

If you get buzzing on whatever you plug this into, and you can't live with it, you'll need to create your own cable, which might require resistors.

The last time I needed similar cable I had to make my own. Fortunately that was not issue with me because I have a lot experience in soldering.
