How to paste an excel sheet onto a document

How can i paste this excel sheet on top of this document? Any help is greatly appreaciated!

You can copy and paste the cells directly to the document and typically what's generated is a table in the document.

I do so and then it is placed on a separate black page and not pasted on top of the green page.

Have you tried copying a chunk of the cells you want to show instead of the entire thing?

Select cells you want and copy-paste. Another way is to paste as image. You loose any configuration, and things might get messy, small etc. But it fits to page directly and you can interact with it as if it was just another image.
