Best productivity laptop for under $1000?

Hello, I am looking for a laptop as I am returning to school. I am a videographer and sketch artist. Just trying to find a laptop or 2 in 1 that is capable of editing up to 4k video if needed and able to handle the Adobe programs as well as the office programs. If you can point me in a the direction that could possibly fill my needs it'd be much appreciated.

Where are you from? Budget? Mind low sRGB display and non-upgradeable RAM? Any preferences on weight, battery life and display size?
