If you have the plastic brackets on the motherboard already/still, then yea for sure.

But if not, you might have to reattach them, meaning you might have to hold in the backplate (or maybe that was replaced with your current cooler's backplate). In that case it depends on if your case has a cutout so you can reach it easily.

So in short, possibly. But it depends on your current cooler and maybe also on your current case

The Wraith Prism and MAX use the same mounting system, don't they?

In which case, it's just unclip, clean up thermal paste, (and assuming there is pre-applied paste on the new cooler) and then just install the new cooler.

But otherwise, the NZXT case has a large cutout on the back, making the backplate easily accessible.

Or do you mean one of the other Wraith coolers?

Since the Prism is basically the most elaborate cooler.

If you are using one of the other Wraith coolers, you will have to reattached the plastic brackets and the base backplate (if you had to replace the backplate), which is still do-able with everything in the case

Either way is fine. Go with whichever you prefer.
