Logitech z323 speakers scratchy sounds

I have Logitech z323 speakers with scratchy sounds coming out of them really annoying can anyone tell me if an io shield can cause this I cant find anything else wrong? when i put cable into pc it gives off a really loud noise before i even plug into pc. The scratchy sounds are constant never go away

Sounds like they have fallen apart, which happens. Farther diag is apply sbs and see if it's wiring (with skill fixable) or the coils have fallen apart (not reasonable to fix)
