Looking for cheap laptop

Looking for a cheap laptop. It has be a decent laptop, but nothing over the top. It doesn't need to be powerful (as powerful as possible in my budget), just enough to browse the internet and maybe play a few games (solitaire etc.) and preferably light. I don't want a chromebook.

 

My budget is $100-$200

 

As for battery life and screen size, as I said previously, I don't need anything extreme. As long as the battery life is a few hours it's fine. And screen size, 11" minimum with 768p (would prefer 1080p, but it's small enough), and if it any bigger than that it needs to be 1080p.

Look on ebay for refurbished laptops, some really good ones there.
