3700x ideal temp 40 degree C

I just put together my first pc and my ryzen 3700x ideals around 40-45 degree C and max out at 63 degree C I don't understand why it is happening? no overclock , stock settings

Most modern systems will dynamically adjust fan speeds to keep the system silent. If the temperature is below some threshold, there's no benefit into working hard to cool down more, there's not gonna be any benefit but you have extra noise.

The CPU will run just as well at 60 degrees Celsius as it runs at 30-40c, there's no difference in performance or cpu life etc etc.

Don't worry so much about it.

I dont see any issues.
