I use Rclone on a windows pc everything works great except for the permissions I would like to allow full control to the everyone group is there a way to do so?

Are you trying to share a folder/drive localy? If so then right click on the folder drive > properties > security > click everyone > edit > allow whichever permissions you need.

Yes, and Yes this "Virtual Drive" is a drive mounted with rclone for windows.
