Windows 10 takes 10mins to boot after installing new CPU

Hekxsler

Hello,

i recently upgraded my Ryzen 5 2600 to a R5 3600X. After I updated the bios to version 3.3 I installed my R5 3600X and booted it up.

Before Windows took about 10s to display the login screen, but now it took 10mins until the spinning dots dissappeared and i could log in.

Since it didnt change after multiple bootups I tried running the windows diagnosis tool while startup -> no errors

Then I checked if all updates were installed and if the newest drivers are installed -> yes they are, but still not faster

At last I installed the latest bios, hoping it would fix it -> it didnt

PC-Specs:

MB: Asrock B450M PRO4 (BIOS-Version 3.60, latest)

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X (not overclocked)

GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Armor

RAM: 4x 8GB DDR4 G.Skill Aegis (XMP profile 2: 3000MHZ)

PSU: bequiet! 500W Pure Power 11

Drives: NVME: Samsung 970 Evo 250GB (Ultra M.2-Slot)

            SATA:  120GB, 240GB and 2TB SSD; 1TB Harddrive

OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (installed on NVME)

Thanks for your help!
