AOC Q3279VWF8 3 simple questions

Ok guys so I decided to purchase this model,but I'm curious about 3 things:

1.I read somewhere were some guy commented that display is  half mat half glossy,and it would be impossible to use monitor over day,because of reflection.Is that true?

2. is 31.5 inches too big viewing from like one feet distance,I mean would I get headache or tiredness after awhile?

3.Will I get 75HZ over it's DP and HDMI?

I never had such big monitor so excuse me if I ask dumb things.

If someone has t please share your pros and cons.

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

1) Q3279VWFD8 is matte IPS

Q3279VWF is glossy VA

 

I'd take the IPS if there was an option.

 

2) From one foot even 27" is too big, maybe even 24".

Did not get any bad ailments with neither VA nor IPS.

 

 

3) You should
