Faulty UPS? Constant Clicking Sound

I've attached a video so you guys know exactly whats going on. Its just been constantly clicking but everything is displaying fine. After googling, people say its because there is electrical disturbance and I have to reduce the sensitivity. But I have done that and it is at an absolute minimum sensitivity, but its still doing the same thing! Need help!
