Standards 101 - Feel free to join the thread and post any standards (tables, charts, pictures, etc.) you find useful.

Hey y'all! I've been thinking about how confusing some standardizations have gotten over the years and I'm often finding myself googling some. So I thought - why don't we gather the most important ones in a thread? Imo tables and organized text in pictures as compact as possible would be best. So post any you think of. :D

E.g. PCI Generations, usb, sata, resolutions and aspect ratios, etc...

I thought we could just throw old and new standards, with or without comparisons, keep adding new ones as they come up,you know...keep it alive and turn it into a standards zen palace or sth ? we could come back to if we make it deep enough so that it's actually useful for everybody occasionally.
