ISO Good RGB fans

I need a good 3 pack of fans that the RGB can be controlled through Software. What should I get that's reliable and decently cheap.

What is your motherboard? Software control is only possible when fans support your motherboard or you buy pack with USB controler. Latter is usually more expensive.
