The desktop will be where  the laptop is and the lamp will be removed also the file holder. Would  a black or white pc case look better? It’s going to be the nzxt starter plus pc  I really have thought and I can’t pick between a white or black color

Mostly white, but some black? It's not like white parts are easy to buy for all components, especially motherboards, case fans and graphics cards, so expect those to stay black while others can be as white as possible

Should really just build your own PC

What is your budget/country?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

I think white would look good with everything else you got going on. Matches the room and desk, I think it will give a more "premium" look to the setup.
