My Two Cents are be aware the Ryzen 3600 can run very hot. If you google "ryzen 3600 overheating" you will get tones of hits.

I've personally seen a Ryzen 5 3600 idle at 43c, and under load hit +88c, under a NH-D15s which is well reputed Air cooler.

According to AMD this is not a consistent thing, Its Very Hit and miss as to whom is affected.

I will use a NZXT H500 and G.skill 16Gb(2×8).

I am shopping in Germany.

I plan to do like a 1200$ build.

I'd recommend planning the system as a whole in the New Builds and Planning subforum first.

The stock cooler is fine and you can replace the cooler later down the road so it's best to focus on other parts that are not as easily replaceable in case the money is better used elsewhere.

If not much else changes, some good options depending on how much left you have to spend include:

Gammaxx 400: https://www.amazon.de/DEEPCOOL-GAMMAXX-Prozessorlüfter-CPU-Kühler-Heatpipes/dp/B077Q4DZVY/

Freezer 33 eSports One: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/P8KcCJ/arctic-freezer-33-esports-one-blackgreen-cpu-cooler-acfre00045a

Macho Rev. B: https://www.amazon.de/Thermalright-100700726-CPU-Kühler-Heatpipes-PWM-Lüfter/dp/B00PKJ21LW/ref=sr_1_10?__mk_de_DE=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&keywords=scythe+mugen&qid=1568565197&s=gateway&sr=8-10
