Mice question

so im currently looking for a good gaming mouse and narrowed it down to corsair nightsword RGB or Logitech G900. i have other corsair peripihals suchs as corsair K95 plat and void RGB pro. brand for the mouse doesnt have to match but wondering which is the better of these two also open to other suggestions as well.

In terms of the primary performance, they both use a variation of the 3360 optical sensor. The corsair using a 3391 and the Logitech using a 3366.

The advertised maximum DPi is rather pointless as no1 in their right mind would be using anything higher than say 2k DPI, so 18k is just a marketing number really.

 

I for example even at 4k resolution the highest i run is 1000 DPI, at 1080p i run 600 DPI.

 

In the end, beyond the sensor its down to personal preference on software, button layout, comfort for you grip style, and if u really care ..aesthetics.

from my exoerience and reviews the logitech seems to be the better mouse out of the 2. sensors don't matter much at this price point look into the shape, weight , size and features you want in a mouse

Pretty sure the 3360 (At least the 3389 which is derived from the 3360) has smoothing above 1800DPI.

Are u perhaps reducing mouse sensitivity on in game settings to make it usable ?

What's the use for it? If it's for gaming, what type of games?
