Does anyone know if there are any drivers for my Radeon HD 4870 (on windows 10)?

No windows 10 drivers for that GPU, They only go up to Windows 8.

Upgrading to a more modern card would be relatively inexpensive considering even the lowest end newer GPU would be far faster than a 4870.

You can force install Windows 8 driver for this card.
