Camera under 400$ or 30,000 INR

Hey, guys. I'm looking to buy a new camera in India for around 400usd.

I am no professional but I do want to learn photography.

Decent video is fine.

I'm just here looking for suggestions and recommendations.

Thank you.

Try getting the Sigma 30 1.4 for portrait and general stuffs first

No idea what the used markets like for cameras over there but i got a Nikon d3100 + kit lens for just over £100, And you can get A D5300 with a kit lens for about £300, Which is a brilliant starting point body wise, very versatile.
