my bad! BTW about my problem i don't know what changed its working now.

I used to have ethernet connection to my pc 3 weeks ago then i switched to wifi, I installed multiple softwares related to networking such as Npcap, wireshark and netcut. Today i switched back to ethernet to play Fortnite because of high packet loss. It did connect to router but no internet access. I tried the same ethernet on my laptop and it works fine. Now i know that problem is in my network adapter isnt it?. then i reset my network settings from control panel nothing changed so i reset my PC using windows reset option thinking that maybe the networking softwares i installed has something to do with it. Using the intel PROSet adapter diagnostics utility it gave following results

255m is well out of spec for runs... 100m or less is what is recommended. You likely have a weak port that cant read the signal properly. You may want to look into making a cut and adding 1, maybe 2 signal repeaters to the line.
