Choosing the right subwoofer

Hey, i wanted to build my own subwoofer. And i already have an amp. Now i wanted to buy the actual subwoofer, and saw that they are pretty cheap, almost to cheap to be true. And i sorted that one out: Blow A-300 12"

Would that be a good woofer for that price, or should i rather go a bit higher in price.

The voice coil is larger, so is the magnet so it will be able to respond to changes in frequencies much better. Can also take 1200 watts so wont be as easy to fry the voice coil.
