How many db is considered loud?

It's objective. Also depends on the pitch of noise. a low rumble is more bearable than a sharp screech

For me 28-33db is the limit.

Also depends on the ambient noise level in the room.  I use dB ratings (in conjunction with RPM and CFM) to compare products rather than say that xx dB is too much noise.

For me

 

Without headphone - over 30db is getting a little loud.

With headphone - I do not care.
