Hi fellow forum user',

I'm buying a refurbished motherboard, has been tested with components and fully working. 28 quid.

Do you reccomend it?

Will it fit my case? 20190520_185307.thumb.jpg.fdbe241df47a175b38487a88ef6cd4ff.jpg

Hard to tell from that shot and not knowing the case, but as long as it supports boards larger than a mini itx form factor one then it should be fine.  As for the board in question not really especially not knowing who did the refurb job.

Why do you want to buy that motherboard? You asked "do you recommend", so I answer - no. Buy any other good motherboard made by Asus, Asrock or MSI.

for a used Q67 mobo... its an uncommon variant, usually people get h61(new) / B75/ z68/z77

only if you have all other parts and no other options.
