Considering the official version from Rockstar doesn't have online multiplayer; probably not. There are some mods that enable online multiplayer but I don't know how popular they are these days.
If you are interested in online multiplayer then perhaps look at GTA V instead.

i am playing gta 5 online

if i play gt a sa online  mod it hangs two much

San Andreas is worth playing for the single-player story. It's the best game in the series, IMO.

 

I haven't played it MP, though.
