CSGO Capped 120FPS

My FPS is capped to 120fps I don't know why I have an MSI GS63VR 7RF Stealth Pro i turn off my Vertical Sync in every game and on Control Panel for Nivida all other games run 100-500fps + up my display is 60hZ

 

i reinstalled csgo but nothing work

CPU i7-7700HQ

GPU 1060 6GB

no it doesnt

first right click on game icon and in compatility "disablefullscreen optimization " apply ok

if no effect then try this

it helped me with frames drop and screen-shutter lag..............

if solved inform me ...
