EK water block question

So, bit of an odd question and a long story, but here's the question: can the EK FC-1080ti block fit on a founders 1070ti? The routing looks like it covers the same parts, and the layouts of the card also look very similar as well, but their site is claiming it doesn't support it despite the similarities.

I don't know but I doubt it. They list 3 different blocks that fit. I reckon they would add the 1080ti if it would also fit.

If you're interested in a product please download and read the manual first.

I doubt that. PCB layouts of both cards are pretty different.

I know there’s a block that covers the 1080ti and can go on the others but it’s very specific.

But you know ek has their own website. And on that site they have the block, it lists what cards that the specific block work on.

Main RIg Corsair Air 540, I7 9900k, ASUS ROG Maximus XI Hero, G.Skill Ripjaws 3600 32GB, 3090FE, EVGA 1000G5, Acer Nitro XZ3 2560 x 1440@240hz

Spare RIg Lian Li O11 AIR MINI, I7 4790K, Asus Maximus VI Extreme, G.Skill Ares 2400 32Gb, EVGA 1080ti, 1080sc 1070sc & 1060 SSC, EVGA 850GA, Acer KG251Q 1920x1080@240hz

The EK-FC1070 GTX - Nickel (3831109831472) and EK-FC1070 GTX - Acetal+Nickel (3831109831489) are compatible with the founders edition of the 1070.

EKWB has a configurator found here:

https://www.ekwb.com/custom-loop-configurator/

They made this to take the guess work out of such problems.
