USB header on a B450 Motherboard

So I just putting toghter my new PC, AMD Ryzen 2600 with a B450 Prime Plus Motherboard.

But there is a slight problem, the motherboard has only one Front USB header (unlike the Gigabyte motherboard I used in my old PC) and I kinda need to 2 because I'm using an SD card reader.

Is there any way to connect it to another header/PCI express slot or even use some sort of splitter on the USB header?

If so you have 1 USB 3.1 and 2 USB 2 headers...  If I am understanding this correctly?  Should be the 2 headers to the left of the USB 3.1 header.

It has one USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0, you can get a USB 2.0 to 3.0 connector albeit at a slower transfer speed (still serviceable for SD cards)

Are you sure you only have 2 USB2 headers? I looked at the product page and it says it has "2 x USB 2.0 connector(s) support(s) additional 4 USB 2.0 port(s)", and looking at the product photo I swear I see 2 front panel USB connectors

Yeah. If you've got a PCIE 1x slot you should use that, but if not then you can still put that in a x16 slot. (it just looks weirder and takes up a full sized slot)
