razer deathadder turning off other devices

my razer deathadder usually works like normal but today its being retarded and whenever i plug it into a usb port, whatever i have plugged in next to it, for example a flash drive, my deathadder will not turn on, and it will turn off the flashdrive next to it. pls helP :(

is it ONLY happening with your mouse or does it do this with other usb devices?

CPU: i5-4690k @ 4.4 GHz | RAM: 12GB DDR3 1333MHz | GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 580 4GB
