Should i use sata ssd on foxconn G31MXP-K motherboard???

Go to solution Solved by NunoLava1998,

It has only SATA II ports, which are limited to 300 MB/s.

However, an SSD still performs extremely well at these speeds. There are four slots.

Should i use sata ssd on foxconn G31MXP-K motherboard. What performance should i get???

A ssd will still be much faster than a hdd. > 10x fasnter random performance and much lower latency. It will still feel much faster.
