'rushing noise' after win10 update

Hey, after the win10 1809 update my headphones (hyperx cloud) started having a weird 'rushing noise', ive already tried installing the newest sound drivers and using older ones, i hope it's not a problem with the update as it took me 2h due to my poor internet to install everything, if any of you have suggestions or ideas of what i could do i would really appreciate it, thanks! 

 

Edit: It has nothing to do with my headphones, tried my in ears and my monitor speakers and it had the same noise
