So I came into some money that I got for some damage to my car that I have no intentions of fixing and am seriously considering building a new PC.  

So then the questions begin... 

Intel or AMD?  

What Graphics card?

What Motherboard? 

 

I have kind of thought for a while that an ITX system would be pretty cool to own, but yeah so dang many choices and options out there.... 

 

If I go Intel should I bother with the 9700k or is the 8700k a better buy/performer ????  

 

So many  things to decide... What are some of your suggestions for what to look for/at in a build like this

It all depends on your use case !

 

Is it gaming or workstation ?

What's your total budget ?

 

What components do you already have that you may be able to reuse ?

ok. so. you wanna look more at AMD. intel is out of this price range tbh.
