Illegible Text on Galaxy S8 Lockscreen with new Software Update (Android 9)

Hey guys, 

 

the time has come, my phone got it's Android 9 update and has a brand spanking new look! Sadly though, the notification text (eg. Samsung Health) on the lockscreen is totally unreadable and I couldn't find the option to change the color of the text or a background.

Please help.

Attached are 2 pictures with example wallpapers. I really wanna use the earth one, though.

I just found out, YouTube has a background and the rest has not. 

Please help
