Hi my question is in fact verry simple, i want to upgrade my pc but only for 1080p.

 

so i want to know which gpu is de best in this area? and wich cpu?

RX580, can be had for the same price as an RX570 if you shop around.

 

EDIT: CPU tends to matter much less, pick any recent quad core.

this moment i m playing on a laptop msi gt72 2qe dominator pro 

 

with i7 4710 HQ

GTX 980 m 8gb

16 gb ram ddr3

i can run any games on ultra but the fps wil go around 35 -40

Quad core in 2019 LOL. No ignore this guy. Go with an RTX 2060 and a 2600x. With $1200 you should be able to get a PC with a decent PSU, 16gb of DDR4 3200mhz ram, a 2600x, and an RTX 2060 such as this

If you want to save a bit more money you could go with an RX 580 to shave ~$200 off the overall system price, but keep in mind you'd be saving around 20% of the system cost but losing around 40% of the gaming performance.
