HP Pavilion x360 14-cd0053TX sudden gpu performance decrease(HELP)

In November i bought HP Pavilion x360 14-cd0053TX and have been using it for light work and for some gaming as it has the mx130 gpu in it.
But the gpu has been giving me problems all of a sudden.
Like for instance when i start a game like overwatch the first 5 minutes i can play at 60-70fps at 1080p at almost all low settings but after that the fps suddenly drops to like 20-25.

None of this problems existed earlier i could game for hours with it staying at 60 fps all the time.

please help if u have a solution

Check the temperatures, your laptop might be overheating.

i thought it got solved but i didnt.
the cpu stays at 3.3 to 3.5ghz which is usual to a i5-8250U
but the GPU starts out around 1200mhz at 81-88C but in a few minutes it gets down to  992mhz at 69-74C.
The traditional base clock and boost clock are 1000 and 1200 respectively.

Hope that info is usefull pls help

probably due to insufficient cooling and low GPU temp limit (common in convertibles)

Try RMA it? (though I doubt that it will solve the issue)

You could try to repaste the CPU/GPU, attempt to undervolt them as well.
