Booting Issues on MSI X370 Xpower Gaming Titanium

I recently put together my new build with a x370 board which was usually not compatible for newer Ryzen+ Cpus without a newer bios version, however the board comes with a feature known as bios flashback+. This feature of the motherboard would essentially allow me to update the bios of the board to make it compatible with my CPU without the need for an older compatible CPU to be installed to be able to update the BIOS. The board was on sale for the price of b450 boards which were around $170 AU. It came with more features than the b450 boards such as two m.2 slots and usb type C among other things that would allow it to work nicely with the rest of my components. Initially the plan worked fine I followed the exact procedure and the bios was flashed. However after assembling the computer and turning it on, my board would display postcode 07 indefinitely. I decided that maybe I should roll back to the earliest compatible bios version. I follow the procedure and the flash is successful. I reboot the system and i'm greeted with the postcode 00. This postcode doesn't have a listing in the boards manual, I decide to look online and people with the same board are reporting that the postcode 00 is reserved for hardware specific faults like dead cpus and motherboards. I decide to move back to the newest bios release among other ones in-between the newest and oldest compatible bios versions which all displayed postcode 00 on startup. I took off my cpu cooler and took a look at the socket and the cpu, no foreign objects or bent pins. I remount it and am still experiencing postcode 00. I try loosening the mounting hooks on my aio liquid cooler, still postcode 00. I think that the issue is the board, and that i'm better off RMA'ing it and just asking for it to be refunded so that I can get a b450 board.
