How can I Lower CPU fan?

Hello! I was thinking is there is a software where I can lower the CPU fan to make it silent at nights

Most motherboards have their own utilities. Besides them, if you are using older gen mobo or are lucky, you can use Speedfan. If not, there's Argon Monitor (paid).

I tried SILENT mode on the mobo....not silent enough ^^'

Mobo and fans? If you have older Gigabyte board, profiles aren't quite as good as they should. Or if you are trying to control 3pin fan on older MSI board. How many rpms did you get the fan?

My board is a MSI H110i-Pro

CPU fan is aroun 995RPM. It's an Antec A40 PRO

The rated minimum for CPU cooler is 800rpm. Your mobo can do full speed control on CPU header. So if Silent Mode isn't working, try setting up your own curve. Though if 1000rpm is too loud, 800rpm won't be much better. Getting quieter fan is one option.

It's enough to go from moderate to relatively low noise which seems to be what the OP is aiming for.
