Would it help if I flipped this fan around? Like how I did to the radiator

No, it should stay as exhaust. The fans have no play at this point. If you are hitting that temp while in the bios or at idle.

Go over the install instructions again. Watch youtube videos on thermal paste spread and get an idea of what yours should look like.

 

Like I said, if your pump is plugged into the cpu fan header and your software reflects the rpm of the pump then it means it isn't making proper contact with the cpu.

I've went over my instructions 3 times already. Watched a few installing guides for my water cooler. And looked at a thermal paste guide. It's all correct. And I have the cables in the correct place

Well if you are sure it’s all done correctly, send it back. 

 

Not more ore I can think of if the pump and fans are working and it’s making proper contact.

I found the problem. On of the tubes just isnt sending water through. No vibration. No coldness. Nothing.

The fans are fine. But the water is just going from the radiator to the block. The other tube does nothing

When I asked what header the pump was plugged into and what rpm is was at, it was working right? That’s what you said at the time.

You won’t really feel much on the tube. Unless the pumps at a real high speed. Those pumps aren’t the best at that. 

 

Did you fix the thermal spread issue?

Thermal paste is fine. But no I can clearly tell that water is going through 1 tube and not the other.

Like I said, send it back. 

 

If the pump is on, it would be quite loud if the fluid isn’t moving. It would have to go somewhere. Unless it was sitting there captivating.
