It overlays a cursor on your screen. So, if you're playing a game that doesn't have one, yes, it'll make you better.

It adds a aim sight in the middle of the screen, for games that lack this "feature". (it's essentially cheating)
It won't make you "better" at the game, but it will help you aim if you're that bad at it.
