LIstening to music, going for a walk or more likely a bike ride. As long as I can be alone, it usually works out.

Studying, with music in the background. Keeps the mind focused and distracted from unproductive/unhealthy thoughts. Taking a long, steamy shower helps, too, I find. I'm super introverted -- give me some personal space, and I'll eventually de-stress on my own.
A few friends of mine like to bake, cook, or draw to chill.

@FloRolf LEGO comes in clutch. I’ve bought a few when feeling depressed. I own the Architecture Empire State Building because of it.
