The easier way to check would to have a look at your Port Forwarding rules IP and then compare it to the computer that the rules are set up for and see if its changed. 

Maybe your isp started blocking ports on their side. What is your isp?

Has your IP changed (external or end device)?
Has the rules been deleted/deactivated?

Even though i am not there to verify, i believe your LAN/WAN IP on your has changed.
 
type iconfig /all and verify your IP address with what you have in your router.

Try looking up TeamSpeak CS:GO servers. Here in the LTT forums I doubt that there are that many CS:GO players, and those few are probably too high of a rank for you. You can also try looking through Steam groups like the "Bunyun Army", "DINOSOWER!", etc.

Make sure the cable to your monitor is in your graphics card. Double check connections.

Prime95 is a great way to go for CPUs, I'd test for at least a few hours.
For GPUs, any demanding game or benchmark should work, you can try Unigine Valley.
If you wanna test your memory use memtest86.
 
If your CPU gets over about 75c that's not very good.
I wouldn't let my GPU get over 80c.

Define basic tasks....a pebble doesn't do much without a phone; and even with a phone, it doesn't do much other than show notifications/the time.

Beyerdynamic MMX 41's are pretty solid, cost 27 Euros in my country.

I know you said €35 max but TTPOD T1E's are only about €5 more as they are £30 and they are amazing IMO. They don't have a mic unfortunately.

How about an airsoft sentry gun? Or a smart home protected with arisoft sentry guns
 
But seriously though, there's no need to make it self guided. Just a couple of servos and a high-fps webcam viewfinder.
