It is more likely to be Dust, Fan issues or even OS issues, it shouldn't be the OS with it being 5 months old unless you have been installing and uninstalling lots of programs. Open up your PC check for dust and that the fans are all good first before considering a reinstall.

Yeah, but the 10th Doctor was always nice, then towards the end he decided that he "Didn't want to go" (the feels). I don't think the 11th Doctor ever did anything that made him seem like a jerk, or like he was better then everyone else, even towards the end.... I would explain further, but.... spoilers 

Alot of series you have to give things a go, ofc ones nearer to the beginning are going to feel weak as they are introducing ideas and concepts.

check your temps, it might be getting dusty.

Alot of things you can just do from Android though, depends how complex you want them.
