I'm not that familiar with computer science, but if it requires a lot of graphical horsepower I'd say go with the 15. If not, go with the 13. The form factor is way better imo.

funnily enough i was looking at this exact laptop earlier today, and asked myself the obvious question, why on earth have they stuck a 1050ti to a UHD panel ? as for the scaling question though, 1080p scales better to UHD than it does to 1440p, because it's whole integer divisible, whereas 1440p is not. (1440p is 1.5 times the res of 1080p leading to scaling artefacts whereas 2160p is precisely 4 times the number of pixels meaning a simple 1:4 scaling can be done)

There's no region lock so the only two things I can think might be an issue:

    1. The power adaptor in the box will be for the country you got it. But it charges via USB Type C so it shouldn't be too hard to find an alternative
    2. If you set your country to a different region (and you can pick any on any system) the digital store will be in foreign currency

There really isn't much to it, for 1080p gaming a 1060 is more than enough, and when it comes to processors, just get one that has 4 cores and above 3GHz clockspeed. I think that that's more than enough. Some say 8GB of RAM is enough, and they might be right, but I'd recommend 16GB. RAM frequency doesn't mean shit. Get an SSD as a boot drive, and a larger HDD as a storage drive. The rest doesn't really matter that much

Buy some fan filters. I don't know from where, but that should fix your problem.

Well, what characteristic of the sound makes you want to rip your ear off? Is it too bright? Too bassy?
I would recommend the Sony MDR-V6 over the HD280 Pro because the MDR-V6's treble frequency dip occurs much later than the HD280's, so that instead of the volume starting to dip at E6 (1318 Hz), it starts to dip at around D8 (4698 Hz), which is not even on the keyboard. Of course then there's the tradeoff of the MDR-V6 rolling off at E1 (41 Hz), but that doesn't affect harmonics for the rest of the keyboard. Even though the MDR-V6 is pretty bright at 9kHz, I think the MDR-V6 will result in a better balance than the 280 so that you won't have to hit the keys with more force in the top third of the keyboard to get the same volume as the other 2/3 of the keyboard.
I know your piano is probably very different from mine, but I own the MDR-V6 and it works well on my Yamaha digital piano. edit:  But if the problem is that your current headphones are making the sound too bright, and you don't want to risk the MDR-V6 still being too bright, then something like the K612 would likely be a better choice.

Personally I would since they are quite expensive, and unlike others that have replaceable cables it wouldn't really be fixable if it broke but that option is mainly up to you.

I personally always kept them in a jacket pocket or small case that came with them for the most part but as long as your careful with the cables it shouldn't be a problem, the main thing is the cables are not replaceable if they do break.

I would say if your careful they can last a long time I personally own their earbuds MIE2i's and still work after almost 5 years now. The QC20 being an active noise canceling will require you to recharge the unit every so often but so says to have a theoretical 16 hours.

Ooh, the K612 Pro look just about right, at least price wise. Thank you!
The thing is that I live in Norway, and they pretty much don't have shit here (and amazon shipping is hella expensive). And listening to piano with a pair of headphones is not the same as playing piano! Oh, and I forgot to answer your last question: no I don't really produce music :P
Woah that's super cheap. I don't know though, I've heard some nasty things about turtle beach.

No, any pair of headphones will not do at all.
I recommend the HE-400S or AKG K612 Pro. HD600 might be nice as well. At least something without a ton of coloration, particularly fucked-up mid-range.

The Cloud 2 is a waste of money, and considering you aren't looking to spend much, the HyperX Cloud is available from the first retailer you linked and is the same as the Cloud 2 without the USB for quite a bit cheaper, go with that. As far as 7.1 surround sound, it is not something that headphones/headsets can achieve, I hate to tell you this, you will need 7 speakers sitting around you for that. 7.1 for headsets is in large part a marketing gimmick that many consumers fall for because they don't do any quality research.

If you absolutely "MUST" have that simulated 7.1 surround sound, go download Razer Surround and voila, any headset or headphones now suddenly have that same "7.1" crap.

Thanks so much! I didn't know this series existed. I will probably go with the Zenfone 5 since it's cheaper in my country. Here, the Zenfone 2 is 400€ and the Zenfone 5 is 180€.
