same for other mouse? are you using a a weak cpu? mouse lags when cpu is under full load

That looks GPU related to me. Try updating your driver please.

I personally would. I believe that higher-end GPU models are worth it because of acoustics, thermals and overclocking and I always preferred to get the better one, this is why I'm personally using a watercooled GTX 1080 FTW Hybrid myself - it's cool, very quiet and has very high boost clocks due to good temperatures. This is because of how GPU Boost 3.0 works on Pascal cards.

Value-wise, it's not such a good idea because the performance won't be game-changing, however boost clocks should be higher and potential overclocks should be better due to better thermals. All at a lower noise if you choose a good model.

That's kind of a big jump from "Mini cards are a bit slower" to "Mini cards suck" lol. Boost and OC is pretty much the same across the board with the 10XX series, but you'll get quieter operation and better thermals with a full size card, likely allowing you to hold those speeds for longer. So no more running fans at 100%

Thats not overclocking, thats just boost. Overclock it to 4 ghz, easily should be able to do that.

Thats pretty loud for fans, but so be it.

Clockspeed doesnt seem to be an issue

Ram should be 3000 mhz, if you can get it that fast. Ryzen prefers 3000 mhz ram.

Yeah, I thought so. "Mini" cards are a bit slower than their higher-end counterparts usually.

I'm not sure what the combined score should be but CPU & GPU scores look fine to me so I wouldn't worry. IMO Heaven benchmark is better for stresstesting than benchmarking purposes.

I would rather try userbenchmark for that use. and 3dmark of course as said by @Morgan MLGman

Is this a universal downloading issue?

If not, it's entirely possible that it's not on your end.

See what your packet loss looks like to various servers, and/or run a tracert to somewhere reliable like Google, see what it gives you.

Most items  you see will download in a different format than what your ISP sells you. Your ISP sells you Mbps, or Mega Bits per Second.. and most downloads show in Mega Bytes per Second. The equation to covert it is 8 bits = 1 byte. So at 160Mbps, you should see downloads of around 15-20MB/s

download speed depends on where your grabbing from...server could be high used...one of the hops can be causing slow down...hell i have 200 down and NEVER see anything over a 100..majority arond 30 to 50

Then you got a lot background process there.
I use 12GB RAM as well but rarely maxed out 8GB unless i open another software in the background or crazily open chrome tabs..its still comfortable to use 8GB nowadays.
My usual ram usage is 6GB with avast anti virus in the background, spotify, discord, chrome, steam and smadav.
I play with 1080p screen and i;ve played a lot of games with it..never i mean i rarely maxed out 8GB unless i crank everything at ultra on demanding title.

Just ask around to people with 8GB RAM, Most games runs fine on it.
But if you can afford more than 8GB it would be great.

Ark: Survival Evolved.  I have this page open, lightly modded Ark (9 no-content mods), Task Manager, GeForce Experience, etc.  Anything else is built in Windows shit, which I kinda need to run things.  With Discord and more tabs open, I usually run around 10.5GB in use.

Now if you want to get technical, Ark only uses 2.4GB in my processes list.   That's it's .exe, but please tell me who runs a stripped down Windows install and nothing else in the background like Malware Bytes, Logitech software for mouse/keyboard/headphones, etc.

It's a whole package thing, you need 8+ GB to run things comfortably because we all have things running in the background.

Thinking about it, yes if you run a very lean setup without much else than Windows and Steam and a game, you can get away with 8GB.  But that's like removing seats and doors to run the dragstrip so you can say you CAN get under 12 seconds..  Neither scenarios is realistic.  Get 16GB, my opinion.

if the hole on the motherboard is not on the right position return it. If the standoff has a problem get a new one. It shouldn't be a problem without just one screw still why not to it properly?

as long as the motherboard is stable and it was only 1 screw, there shouldn't be an issue.

sounds like you may have tightened everything before putting all the screws in. Like most things, it's recommend to put the screws in lose enough that there's some wiggle room and not to tighten them fully until everything is in place

I think he answers some questions.
For example, because it costs the same as the other SATA option.
According to them, this unit is cheaper compared to other NMVe units because there is a compromise between price-performance, it is not very expensive and offers a decent performance, especially in reading, which for a standard user would not feel difference to the Samsung 970 unit which is like saying the king on these issues.
It also says that it ridicules the intel 760p in some tests even using the same controller.
No, there is nothing negative in this unit.
Just use a cheap driver, not because it is bad but because it has less performance than the competition.
They will always recommend units larger in capacity, not only because they have more space but because they perform more.

Consider the fact that an ssd is kind of a need, it helps load everything faster (especially booting windows)
Consider that ram is important and 8gb is always enough

I personally think if you find good enough prices in your country, you should get a 16gb kit of ram and a SATA lll 6gb/s ssd and you'll be set. The SATA ssds are cheaper than nvme ones so that would leave you some money for more ram.

    OK, in that case ...
I personally believe that the SSD is fundamental, although it does not necessarily have to be NVMe, in most of the conditions a standard user does not notice the difference. I have a Samsung EVO 850 SATA for Operating System and a Corsair MP500 NVMe to mount the laboratories .I must say that I have tried to install the operating system in the NMVe and I have not noticed the difference, however in more difficult working conditions, which is why I acquired it if there is a difference and a lot.
Install operating system in a SSD ensures a very smooth operation of the system in general. And if it were my case you would choose the SSD.
I've seen games that have consumed in my system 12Gb RAM as Call of Dutty WWII at 1080p, but I still consider that 16gb to play is not mandatory yet.

I had 8gb of ram in my Ryzen 7 build for a while, then went to 16gb after the price normalized...I notice no difference in gaming, just putting that out there.  Id MUCH rather have an SSD if I didn't already, than that additional RAM.  Mechanical drives are eww.

EDIT - get a SATA SSD and larger capacity imho...there is zero upgrade if your a gamer in an NVMe over a SATA III Samsung etc

8GB is nowhere near "more than enough".  16 is more than enough currently, as 10-12GB is the enough level.  I'm routinely at 10GB of RAM usage while gaming.

As said about NVMe is a waste for most people, us gamers included.  Sata SSD in 2.5 or bubblegum is all you need.

Depends on weather you are using all your ram, if you are wanting a QOL upgrade, this would be the SSD. Nothing more to say really.
