  6. I don't think people really appreciate how MASSIVE a CD was when it was introduced compared to what came before.

Like, yes in the modern day we have tb+ external storage devices and 100~GB on a Blu-ray disc. But back then you most probably were using 1.44mb floppies and then suddenly you could have 700mb on one disk.

(Yes I know zipdisks and other funky things were available but they never got the widespread useage as flippies and CDs)

it's as if today we would have a 4TB 'purpleray' come out that would be at the pricepoint of bluray disks.

it's comparable in size to wat most people's internal storage was, and orders of magnitude bigger than alternative portable data carriers for a very good price, to the point that limited rewritability was just a minor drawback.

I have this stupid weird "gel" that I have to use when I get skin infections(yay immunodeficiency) and I hate it, it's like a liquid gel then sets to a Vaseline-type consistency when you put it on and I was like why can't this just be a cream...

Then I thought about it, and creams are paraffin based and this contains a peroxide... and those of you who know what happens when you mix peroxide and any petroleum will know why that would be a problem

If you ate vegans, would you not be a carnivore? 🐺

I kind of like the ancestral diet, although I do eat some fruits and veggies.

      It's not a religion.

I've always been physically active and meat and dairy have always been there.

Best thing I've done recently is to stop consuming all refined sugars, and almost all processed foods.

It's been two months and my belly fat has diminished noticeably, along with some other improvements.
